Facebook Ads Specialist

What You’ll Do
  • Develop, launch, and optimize high-performing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
  • Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and optimize for maximum ROI .
  • Build and refine target audiences using lookalike, interest-based, and behavioral strategies.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to test high-performing ad creatives.
  • Scale ad budgets while maintaining strong profitability.
  • Stay ahead of trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep campaigns performing at their best
We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns with proven results.
  •  Expertise in Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Pixel tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate numbers into data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing, retargeting strategies, and scaling ad campaigns.
  • Familiarity with compliance policies to prevent ad account bans.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): 

  • Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Snapchat Ads 
  • Knowledge of tracking tools like Hyros, Wicked Reports, or Google Analytics 
  • Background in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
  • Familiarity with Zapier, ActiveCampaign, or other automation tools
