• Interview readiness and onboarding support

• Access to workflow tools and productivity systems

• Candidate profile creation and employer presentation

Blaney Group does not guarantee employment and does not act as the final hiring company unless otherwise stated. We operate as a staffing and support partner.

2. Legal Entity & Merchant of Record

All payments, administrative operations, and support are handled by:

3. Program Completion & Hiring Readiness

To be considered for placement through Blaney Group staffing programs, you must:

• Complete all required training and onboarding steps

• Demonstrate readiness through evaluations and communication standards

You are not being hired as an employee of Blaney Group unless specifically contracted. Most opportunities are contractor or client-hired positions.

4. Income Disclaimer

While our programs are designed to increase your chances of placement, your earnings are not guaranteed. Compensation depends entirely on the hiring company, your performance, role fit, and availability.
