How quickly can I onboard a new team member?
Most clients sign an offer within two weeks of kickoff and have their hire fully onboarded within 30 days.
What does the $1,999/mo price cover?
Everything: dedicated recruiter search, local payroll, taxes, statutory benefits, HR support, performance coaching, and an account manager for ongoing success. No surprise charges.
Are there any setup or placement fees?
No. The flat monthly subscription is all‑inclusive—no placement fees, no long‑term mark‑ups, no hidden costs.
Where are your candidates located?
Predominantly in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, and the broader LATAM region—ensuring strong cultural alignment and easy time‑zone overlap with U.S. teams.
Do candidates speak fluent English?
Yes. We pre‑test for B2–C2 English proficiency and only present candidates who can communicate confidently with U.S. clients and customers.
How do you vet candidates?
Every applicant passes background checks, English and skills assessments, behavioural interviews, and a live work‑sample test before reaching your inbox.
What if my hire doesn’t work out?
If a placement leaves or is not a fit within the first 90 days, we provide a free replacement—no questions asked.
How are payroll, taxes, and compliance handled?
Blaney Group employs talent through our local entities, taking care of payroll, tax withholding, benefits, and labour‑law compliance so you never become the legal employer of record.
How do you protect intellectual property and data?
All hires sign airtight NDAs and adhere to U.S.‑grade security protocols. We can set up VPNs, SSO, and device management on request.
What time‑zone overlap can I expect?
Your hires typically work in Eastern or Central Time, providing 6–8 hours of real‑time collaboration with U.S. teams.
What collaboration tools will my remote staff use?

Is there a minimum contract length?
We ask for a three‑month commitment to ensure stability for both you and the hire. After that, the agreement rolls month‑to‑month.
