We didn’t set out to build a staffing company. We were just trying to keep ours alive.
Like many founders, we started lean, with a handful of people and limited resources. Over time, our small lead gen venture evolved to include a range of operational and marketing services. The business was growing and so were the stakes. U.S.-based hiring was expensive and unpredictable. Every bad hire burned time and cash. Instead of scaling, we were in grind-and-survive mode.
That’s when we looked outside the U.S. for our staffing needs and found what we were missing in Colombia.
